Curse of Doom
Unholy Ascension
Swap to Stitched Pup
Diseased Bite/Consume (if you are low)
When there is 1 round remaining on Curse of Doom you will want to Howl

From here on out you just need to live through the Fel Corruption buff on the enemy team. I used Consume Corpse to get a lot of my health back.

Chi-Chi
Tranq
Alpha Strike to damage
Ethereal to avoid damage

Notes:
All of the Tanaan legendary pets will be buffed with Fel Corruption with increases their damage done by 50% and decreases damage taken by 50%. The backline pets will also get buffed with this, but once it falls off you can make quick work of them.
